Action Response Team conforms to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 29 CFR1910.1200 Hazard Communication Standard, regarding the manufacturer, chemical identity, hazards, appropriate personal protective equipment, and emergency procedures. Employees are provided with information regarding hazardous chemicals they may encounter in the workplace. A copy of the MSDS is available for review at the Action Response Team Corporate Office and in each mobile response unit.
